Introduction

            Jamia Anwar-e-Madina is an Islamic educational institute which is working under the supervision and management of Alhaj Sufi Muhammad Shauket Ali Qadri. It is situated in PNG Colony Weight, Main road Mughalpura.

            Apart from this, around 10 centers are providing religious education to boys and girls under the administration of Jamia Anwar-e-Madina. This centre is not only spreading the light of the Holy Quran among the children but also among the youth. In addition to providing religious education and similar environment to the females, following courses are also conducted in the way of Allah.

  1. Sewing & Embroidery Course (for women).
  2. Handicraft Course.
  3. Memorization and Reading.
  4. The art of Recitation.
  5. Translation and Interpretation.
  6. Dars-e-Nazami.
  7. Arabic Grammar Course.
  8. Taleem ul Quran Course.

The main objective of these centres is to wake the religious consciousness among the boys and girls along with character building according to the Quran and Sunnah. Around four hundred boys and six hundred girls are seeking religious knowledge in the way of Allah.

            Anwar-e-Madina has also formed a web team in which a panel of Religious scholars of the Islamic world has designed a unique and distinctive web site where one can access Hajj, Umrah and the related information in different languages like French, Spanish, Italian, German, Urdu, English, Kashmiri, Saraiki, Punjabi etc. Apart from this Islamic information, one can also enjoy the marvels of Naat, Hamd, Munqabut, Columns and various Audios (with video features) through another website www.IslamicKalam.com which has been launched.

            Anwar-e-Madina IT council has established a modern computer lab to harmonize the new generation with the new trends in which apart from the computer training, the education of memorization and recitation is computer aided.

            Anwar-e-Madina e Group, Anwar-e-Madina@yahoogroups.com has also been formed to create mutual-linkage through internet. To join this group, just send an E-mail and you will be automatically signed in.

This information will be regarding various occasions for instance, the Eid days, day and night prayers, Shab-e-Qadar, Shab-e-Barat, Shab-e-Maraj etc. Our mission is that even a common man who cannot spare time due to his packed schedule and dire involvement in the worldly affaires could benefit maximum due to this facility.
